Raleigh company has a permanent need for an Accounting Specialist. Must have four year degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance, and strong Excel spreadsheet and accounting software skills (ACCPAC a plus!). Two years of professional experience in accounting or finance required. One year experience with benefits administration a plus.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting and Benefits principles, practices and techniques.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), particularly for obtaining, organizing and conveying complex information to all employees.
